And neither does anyone else. Fashion is an art form, but like all art, quality is complete arbitrary. You may think it sucks and I may think its perfect, so which one of us is right?
Exactly.
That is how fashion is. I hate when people get judged on what they wear. Clothes to me are the ultimate form of art, just because there are so many senses involved. Sight, touch, smell even (don’t get me started on how much i love the smell of linen) and of course, function. Clothes can be fucking awesome and fucking terrible. I mean, have you ever had to wear a tutu? Those things are NOT comfortable nor are they easy to sit in.
Anyways, fuck what you think you know about fashion and stop judging other people for having different taste than you. Some people really like looking like prostitutes and other people really like dressing like my grandmother. Either way, its up to them & not you.

Today I’m dressed as grunge-Maddie. If I wasn’t wearing a leo + tights from modern this morning I’d probably also be wearing tragically ripped jeans & my combat boots, but since I need to be able to move, I’m wearing yoga pants. dgaf…yolo? whatever.

People always ask me… ‘Why did you get a tattoo on your head? Aren’t you concerned about getting hired for a job, going on dates, or what people may think of you overall? Aren’t you worried about how you may look when you get older with tattoos all over your body?’ and my honest reply… ‘I became HIV + at age 10 from being sexually abused, I’m now turning 26 years old this year, and finally getting on HIV meds for the first time in one more week. So in the past 16 years I have been through a great deal of pain emotionally and physically, beat up by society because they thought I was a waste of life already. I guess you can say that’s why I haven’t really cared to have a boyfriend or concern myself with getting hired at a job, and definitely not hiding under the covers at night, because if there is one thing I have learned, life is so fucking short, so I’m going to live it the way want too. Oh and FYI… I’m going to look fucking amazing when I’m old with grey hair and a tight yoga body with tattoos dripping all over me.’
